Return Policy for Looms and accessories:

Looms and accessories* can be returned within fifteen days in original condition and packaging. We will refund your full purchase price minus a ten dollar restocking fee for looms and a two dollar restocking fee for accessories. Looms and acessories must be returned to the following address: Mirrix Looms, 1097 Bible Hill Rd., Francestown, NH 03043.

*Software and books are non-returnable

Discount Policy

Mirrix Looms maintains the right to deny a discount if it overlaps with another discount. By default, discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

Shipping Policy:

Looms inside the United States will be shipped FedEx. Looms outside the United States will be shipped U.S. Priority Mail. Accessories will be shipped either FedEx or U.S. Priority Mail.

International Shipping for Accessories and Extras

International shipping rates can fluctuate greatly and therefore the automatic charge you receive may be significantly less than our actual costs. We will contact you if there is a significant different between the shipping price you were given and actual shipping.

Security

We provide a secure shopping environment using E-Junkie and Google Checkout. We respect and guard your privacy and ensure that any personal information given to complete a purchase is secure. Neither E-Junkie or Mirrix Tapestry and Bead Looms collect any of your personal credit card information.
