Return Policy for Looms and accessories: (NEW: 11/30/12 FREE RETURNS for looms)

Looms can be returned within fifteen days of receipt of shipment in original condition and packaging. We will refund your full purchase price (not including shipping to you) and pay for return shipping. (Return shipping ONLY available in the contiguous United States.) Please email customerservice@mirrixlooms.com if you decide to return your item and we will send you a printable return packing slip.

Please include your name, address, order number, and the date you'd like to ship in the email.

Items besides looms* can be returned (you must pay shipping) within fifteen days of receipt of shipment in
original condition and packaging to:

Discount Policy

Mirrix Looms maintains the right to deny a discount if it overlaps with another discount. By default, discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

Shipping Policy:

Looms and accessories will be shipped either FedEx or U.S. Mail.

If you would like to sign for your package when it is delivered, please email us with your order number and phone number. If you do not do this, we are not responsible
for your package once it has arrived on your doorstep.

International Shipping

In order to get you the cheapest rates, we have a special agreement with FedEx where we call in for each individual international order. This allows us to send our larger looms and the stand overseas which we were previously unable to do and has significantly lowered international shipping costs. The automatic rates that come up in our shopping cart will be close to actual, but the actual shipping rates may be slightly more. Please either contact us for a rate prior to ordering or we will contact you if the shipping price you were given was significantly less than the actual rate. Email: customerservice@mirrixlooms.com

Mirrix Looms and accessories are not intended for use by children. Beware of small parts. Please be mindful of warp coils, they can be dangerous because the ends are sharp. Mirrix Tapestry & Bead Looms Ltd. is not liable for injury from user error.

We provide a secure shopping environment using E-Junkie, PayPal and Authorize.net. We respect and guard your privacy and ensure that any personal information given to complete a purchase is secure. Neither E-Junkie or Mirrix Tapestry and Bead Looms collect any of your personal credit card information.
