Tapestry Weaving
Tapestry Weaving: Charter Oak Adult Education.
This course is designed to help students expand their understanding of the history of the tapestry arts, introduce new weaving skills, tapestry loom technologies and increase their design confidence and capabilities. Students will learn basic tapestry techniques to help create their artistic works. Students will weave a sampler, then design and weave a small, finished piece. This class will feature smaller, portable looms supplied by the instructor, although students are encouraged to bring their own looms from home.
All levels are welcome, novice to experienced weaver.
